CHANGE is pleased to announce that from multiple partnerships and clients in the South and Southwest we are opening an office in San Antonio to provide a more robust local support team to our clients in these regions. We are very pleased to announce that Joseph Cook, Senior Sustainability and Environmental Scientist will be heading up this office.

Joseph Cook Bio:

Joseph (Joe) Cook for over 40 years has served in multiple roles revolving around environmental programs, natural resources, environmental education, regulatory compliance, natural resource management, and sustainability. Joe has managed environmental programs that spanned the globe and also more localized programs. Joe’s program management has included multimillion-dollar budgets, staffs totaling over 60 people, and multiple divisions for air quality, water resources, stormwater and erosion control, hazardous waste and hazardous material management, permitting, regulatory compliance, and more. His various roles have included Environmental Director, NEPA Project Leader, Entomologist, Natural Resources Program Manager, Biological Scientist, International Environmental Officer, Environmental Protection Specialist, Cultural Resources Program Manager, Instructor, and Environmental Consultant. 

Consistently Joe has brought programs, projects, initiatives, and policy actions in on time and with high levels of excellence. Joe have a strong ability to assess which environmental actions are needed for project success, and Joe then works with staff members, stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies
